If you wish to cancel your order and are able to contact us (as detailed on the toastabags.co.nz website) before the goods are despatched, we will cancel your order and return the payment to your account. If the goods have already been despatched, on their arrival you should return them to us in the original packaging. Be sure to include your name and address, so we will know who returned them! On receipt, we will return the payment to your account. We will not refund postage.
If your goods have been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and contact us immediately (as detailed on this website), giving as much information as possible. All damaged or faulty goods will be replaced by the equivalent product, or a refund will be given.
If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason, or if you suspect they may be defective in any way, you may return them and we will refund the purchase price and postage. Before purchasing please ensure your toaster slots are a minimum of 14.8cm long to avoid disappointment.
We will not give you a refund for goods which have undergone fair wear and tear, or which have been damaged after delivery by abnormal or incorrect use or by accident.
Planit Products NZ Ltd reserve the right to change this policy from time to time, without notice. Any dispute shall be subject to NZ law and the jurisdiction of the NZ courts.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any exclusions given here. |
